We are a German based company and manufacturer of optical sorting machines for the recycling industry. Our Indian operations have been going quite good in the last couple of years. We’re doing good business here and have many valued customers already. More customers are looking into the mixed plastics recycling. Events like PRSI are a great opportunity for us to present ourselves to the industry, meet many valued customers at a central place in a short period of time and network with other suppliers.

Vanden started operating in India from last 1 year and has been growing very well. We are looking for India to be one of our biggest markets. The next 5 years are going to be absolutely critical for this industry. From our experience, we are extremely happy about the way the show has been organised. We have been a part of each and every PRS show - Amsterdam, Middle East & Africa, Singapore and now in India. In fact we have been very positively surprised by the response.

In the past 2-3 years, the plastics recycling industry has evolved and gotten more formal and organised. A lot of organised players have come in. New technological advancements have come in where food grade recycled plastics were not there in India for the last 3 years, are now here. India has a good collection rate compared to other countries. We are glad to participate in PRS not only in India but across the globe - in Europe, Dubai and now in India. Here, we get a focused crowd and the response is great.
