Shailesh is a first generation entrepreneur. With a BTech in Computer Engineering from COE, Pune, he first worked in TCS for few years before starting his entrepreneurial journey. At Social Lab, he has built the Plastic and EPR Compliance business of more than $1M ARR catering to more than 600 customers. Since last 8 years, he has worked extensively in the domain of EPR Compliance assisting recyclers, plastic packaging manufacturers, Brands in fulfilment of their compliances. Beyond compliance, he has been instrumental in initiating circular economy and sustainability transitions of various companies.
