Sharang Ambadkar is a dynamic sustainability strategist and entrepreneur from Mumbai, India. Currently serving as Head – Sustainability at Jyoti World, he drives corporate environmental transformation through data-backed, circular economy solutions.

Previously, Sharang was Managing Partner & CEO of FeelGood EcoNurture LLP, which he successfully exited in March 2025 after building it into one of India's most recognized eco-innovation ventures. At FeelGood, he led groundbreaking projects converting hard-to-recycle multilayer plastics (MLP) and construction waste into sustainable materials like tiles, furniture, and textile-grade products—directly contributing to India's ESG and carbon reduction goals.

Equipped with a Diploma in Polymer Engineering and an MBA in Business Management & Corporate Strategy from IIM Indore, Sharang blends deep technical expertise with strategic insight. His innovations include a patent-pending technology for composite granules made from mixed plastic and construction debris, transforming "non-recyclable" waste into valuable raw material.

A respected voice in sustainability, Sharang has co-authored influential works including:

Sharang is a member of the Global Partnership on Marine Litter, Prevent Waste Alliance (Germany), Society of Plastic Engineers (USA), Indian Plastics Institute, MSME-CII, and the International Council for Circular Economy.

He has also served as an Environmental Studies Professor at Whistling Woods International, inspiring youth to view waste as a resource. Driven by purpose, Sharang continues to merge science, business strategy, and environmental leadership to shape a cleaner, circular, and climate-resilient future.
