Manasvini has over 16 years of experience advising private equity funds, large corporate conglomerates, lenders, multilateral institutions, export credit agencies, sponsors, investors, borrowers and contractors. With a specialization in project finance, structured finance, project development and M&A in the infrastructure and energy sectors, she has led high-value deals and cross-border transactions across Asia, the Middle East, Australia and North America. She has also worked at White & Case LLP’s New York office for almost two years and at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) as part of their Asia Legal Team for two years.
She has significant expertise in environmental, social and governance (ESG) advisory and environmental regulatory matters, advising clients across a range of hard-to-abate industries on sustainability strategies, ESG compliance, environmental risk management, regulatory due diligence and the integration of ESG considerations into transactions and project development initiatives. She has advised major development finance institutions across the energy eco-system including renewable energy, climate finance, carbon credits and sustainable infrastructure in India.
Manasvini holds an LL.M. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. LL.B. from NALSAR University of Law. She has been recognised as a ‘Notable Practitioner’ for Projects, Energy and Infrastructure in the Legal 500 2026 rankings and as one of the Top 36 Infrastructure Lawyers in India in the RISE 2026 ratings published by Resight India.
