Indraneel Chitale is a fourth generation member of the Chitale Family. He is the managing partner for the product business - Chitale Bandhu.

Indraneel is an E&TC Engineer from VIT,Pune and is an alumni of the prestigious Harvard Business School, Boston where he studied Owners/Presidents Management.

Having joined Chitale Group formally in 2011, Indraneel has worked in different avenues of the business including manufacturing, automation, supply chain, distribution and systems. Presently he is engaged in the setting up of the mega project - Ranje Vision Park. Indraneel has also been instrumental in transformation of Chitale Bandhu into an omni channel product business that now operates over 60+ Stores, 30+ Kiosks including airports and metros, distribution that now covers over 10 States in India via General Trade, Modern Trade as well as Digital businesses - e commerce, quick commerce and exports to over 65 countries with subsidiary companies in USA and Australia that includes big box retailers.

With the aim to improve nutrition for every gram they sell, Indraneel is now focussed on professionalizing Chitale Bandhu to enable the brand become truly multi national in its operations and offerings.

Indraneel has also been invested into the venture capitalist system in India having had successful investments like Shoptimise, Palmonas, Canebot to name a few. He continues to chair many forums that promote entrepreneurship and mentor young business owners. Indraneel is also engaged into different community responsibilities that include being on the Board of Governors of IIM Jammu, Executive Committee at Mahratta Chamber Of Commerce, Vice President at CII Pune GCC Forum and a Board Member for few organisations. He recently won the Economic Times 40 under 40 award. He is also the founding member at the Pune Public Policy festival that focusses on improving policy advocacy for ease of doing business.

His hobbies including playing drums and keyboards, powerlifting, motorcycling and adventure sports. He loves to travel with his family and enjoy music concerts and food
