Dhrumin Patel is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aavartan Sustainability Pvt. Ltd., and Co-Founder & Promoter of NEPRA Environmental Solutions Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

He holds a Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Greenwich, UK. After completing his Master's, he worked with UK-based companies for over 3 years before returning to India, where he co-founded NEPRA Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. in 2006. Over nearly two decades at NEPRA, he led overall operations with an emphasis on collection, operations, Material Recovery Facility (MRFs), and Plastic Facility Operations. Under his leadership, over 1,655 BOP/waste pickers were upskilled and integrated into the formal system since 2011, and the collection team scaled to provide timely services to over 4,000 waste generators in the city. He also played a key role in EPC & O&M of India’s Largest Automated MRF operational in Indore.

Dhrumin has since moved on from NEPRA Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. to lead Aavartan Sustainability Pvt. Ltd. as CEO, while continuing his association with the NEPRA group as Co-Founder & Promoter of NEPRA Environmental Solutions Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
