Dr. Vivek Tandon is an experienced international entrepreneur with an extensive background in growing technology companies. He is the Founder of revalyu resources GmbH (previously perPETual Technologies) a revolutionary PET bottle recycling company using a breakthrough advanced chemical recycling process.

He has been a successful founder and/ or held directorships in several environmental companies including EnvironCOM (UK’s largest WEEE recycler), Greenko Group (a Renewable Energy company in India), Vice Chairman Allied Technology Group (a diverse technology company in the field of waste water treatment and waste to energy plants) and Recupyl (a battery recycling company), Founder and General Partner Aloe Private Equity, Managing Director (UK) of Viventures Venture Capital. He started his earlier career in the telecom industry with CIENA, Kymata, British Telecommunications PLC and Motorola.

In addition to a strong interest in the environment and social sustainability, Vivek has a personal passion for development and social justice in Africa. When he finds time, he is an avid squash player. Vivek has a PhD in Engineering from UCL (London) and a BSc in Physics from Imperial College (London). He has published numerous papers and has several patents.
