Vinay is an environmental and sustainability professional who has worked with the development sector as a design, project, and program management consultant in waste management and the circular economy sector.

He is currently leading the Impact team at rePurpose Global, one of the leading global plastic action and circular economy platforms. As part of this role, he leads plastic recovery, collection, and recycling for non-commercial recyclable plastic across 6 countries and 14 Impact projects. rePurpose Global is working with implementation partners and social enterprises to make non-commercial recyclable plastic waste management through its innovative blended financing mechanisms connecting brands, funders, and on-ground impact.
