Rishi Aggarwal is an environmentalist based in Mumbai and has been active on solutions to numerous environmental issues for more than two decades. Waste management and the serious issue of plastic pollution has been one of his more active areas of involvement.

He is the Founder and Director of Mumbai Sustainability Centre. One of the programmes, Safai Bank of India is a solution of large scale diversion of multi layered packaging waste from dumping grounds.
