Luigi Bacchiocchi began working for MacDermid Enthone in 1989 in the surface finishing sector.

After a period of professional growth in the technical field, in 1993 he discovered and became passionate about the emerging plastic recycling sector, for which he began to develop a series of specialty chemicals such as Detergents, Separation Additives and Antifoams, contributing to the increase in the quality of recycled and the development of the sector from down-cycling to recycling use.
