Shilpa Surve, an Industry veteran in packaging technology has over 2 decades of experience in world's leading FMCGs like Hindustan Unilever Ltd. and currently heading packaging development and packaging circularity initiatives at Colgate Palmolive India Ltd., for the past more than 3 years. She has led the packaging program with innovations, value-engineering of materials, new formats and sustainable alternatives for many Personal Care and Home Care products.

Her core skills like strong technical knowhow and deep understanding of various nuances related to the packaging industry are complemented by her excellent people skills, project management abilities and commitments to sustainability.
